The New Enleum AMP-23R Amplifier (Successor to Bakoon AMP-13R) Thread
...has to be either a larger amp or a dac. From my background reading I'd agree with you.the 23 started dev as a more budget offering to get to market with a plan to launch a larger premium amp next. Then the spec of the amp was beefed up to a reference 23r. So assume the bigger amp is still next- Nikols

The long and winding road... to endgame: MSB Premier, Riviera AIC10, HF Susvara.
Thanks for this, great read,. I'd been keeping an eye out for it since you said you'd post your thoughts. I have the enleum/ susvara combo and absolutely love it but its always great to read others experienced opinions on how this combination compares to alternatives. For me the enleum with...- Nikols

The New Enleum AMP-23R Amplifier (Successor to Bakoon AMP-13R) Thread
Thanks guys... no issues with no power chord, was more interested in the silicone pads as mine is on a polished wooden surface and tends to go for an annoying little walk when i turn it on and off- Nikols

As a matter of interest what accessories come in the box? Not sure if this was supposed to come with silicone pads for under the feet or a power lead in the box?- Nikols

The New Enleum AMP-23R Amplifier (Successor to Bakoon AMP-13R) Thread
It does... but have to say when you open the box and see them for the first time you're not left with a warm cosy feeling in your stomach... they should come pre attached so you can admire the overall effect straight out of the box rather than thinking about how much each one cost as you spin it...- Nikols

The New Enleum AMP-23R Amplifier (Successor to Bakoon AMP-13R) Thread
While i love the amp and purchased it with the feet i have to say i cant let myself think about the additional cost of them. For my sanities sake i like to tell myself that they must be made out of some form of precious metal, although they didnt feel like it when i was screwing them in...- Nikols

Cayin HA-6A Class A KT88/EL34 Tube Headphone Amplifier
I ran mine from a single ended source too. Given the amp converts balanced input to single ended before creating a balanced output I didnt see the point in the extra step. Definately agree it needs 20 mins warm up to settle, i'm in that habit now even with my new amp. The ha-6a is a phenominal...- Nikols

Cayin HA-6A Class A KT88/EL34 Tube Headphone Amplifier
I agree with you about the performance.it wasnt lacking and i didnt find the susvaras subdued. I always found the ha-6a's real strength to be string instruments and female vocals. This only improved with the susvaras. The enleum has similar strengths, ive seen it descibed as having a tubey...- Nikols

Cayin HA-6A Class A KT88/EL34 Tube Headphone Amplifier
I ran susvaras off the ha-6a for a few weeks. The first thing i noticed was the VU's jump to the maximum and pretty much stayed there, constantly topping out. In terms of peformance the amp handled 90% of what the susvaras demanded of it but i think it was pushed to its limits and underperformed...- Nikols

Cayin HA-6A Class A KT88/EL34 Tube Headphone Amplifier
I love the UL mode on this amp. It really accentuates vocals and strings. The ability to flick between this and triode on the fly is pretty cool.- Nikols

Cayin HA-6A Class A KT88/EL34 Tube Headphone Amplifier
Looking forward to your review! I have to say i really enjoy this amp, the hum for me is a real conundrum. Ive used it with hd800s and susvaras with very different results. There was an audible noise floor with the hd800s, for me its like these headphones act like a stethoscope, i could hear...- Nikols

HiFiMan Susvara
Im currently driving my susvara's with a Cayin HA-6A, imo this combination sounds great for the most part but the HA-6A gets a little overwhelmed at times, really only when there is a lot going on musically and especially when there's a lot of bass in the mix. I've almost convinced myself i'd...- Nikols
