Just realized 1 thing. On Singxer SA-1, The Input are RCA and 3 pin XLR, while output are 4.4 mm, 4 pin and 6.5mm SE. I would assume there are differences between the RCA and 3 pin input. But I would like to know if all the balanced output are the same? Thanks a lot again for enlightening me.

Mine is ibasso dx200, with a 2.5mm, as well as a 3.5mm out. My XLR cable has both the 2.5 & 3.5 mm out on one side, and has a 3 pin out on the other side. I am not sure if this can achieve the same as a 3 pin to 3 pin cable.
