Review by 'Hablmet' on item 'Moondrop Space Travel'

The alternative title for this review was far less appropriate. Introduction It's been a while since I reviewed anything, let alone something that actually interests me in some regard. However, in my recent deep space bargain bin exploratory mission I have tripped upon the Space Travels...

    The discovery thread!

I think I get Herbert's opinion on the phone - but then again, it seems like it was intended to be an audio-first phone experience in general. I get that it can't game great, it's running what's essentially a thrice-rebranded Mediatek chip and trying to run anything past 60FPS on it would be...

    JUZEAR (formerly JUNEAR) Impression Thread

That sounds like it might fit me just fine, thanks for the numbers. Appreciate it.

    JUZEAR (formerly JUNEAR) Impression Thread

Figured I might ask here, as the 41t is on my shortlist of IEMs to get once I get another job. Wearing the Truthear Zeros and apparently those have a nozzle width of 6.2mm? I find that just slightly too large to be comfortable, so I'd like to know if anyone measured the width on the 41t nozzle...

Review by 'Hablmet' on item 'Truthear Zero'

Introduction Truthear probably does not need any introduction. Starting off with a bang with the Zero, then the Hexa and then the Hola, neither of these IEMs can be outright called bad or a poor start, as all three sold quite well and with the advent of the Red, it seems that so far, Truthear...

Review by 'Hablmet' on item 'Panasonic RZ-S500W'

TLDR: Panasonic's RZ-S500 IEMs offered a solid amount of value back in 2020/2021. They still offer a bit of value, but the comfort issues are so staggering it's very difficult to recommend them. Probably no images on this one, sorry. I'm too lazy to clean the case properly. It looks a little...

Review by 'Hablmet' on item 'Philips SHP9600'

Excuse the quality and the shape of the headphones in the photo. My room is very dusty. The SHP9600s that I am reviewing were purchased with my own money about a year ago, using a sale coupon that made them cost around $89. The regular price at the time was $149 in my country, which...

Tripowin x HBB: Mele/Olina - Discussion Thread - Olina OUT now

Guess I'll wait if a sale hits them, cause $25 is a bit annoying to spend to fix that problem. Thankfully the Tanya itself is way more available.

Tripowin x HBB: Mele/Olina - Discussion Thread - Olina OUT now

Seems my cheering about getting rid of the condensation issues was a bit premature. Stepped into the bus, took a seat and first thing I hear is the Leá now have the exact same issue again where the left one just plays at a way lower volume. Guess I really have to remove the white filter-like...

Tripowin x HBB: Mele/Olina - Discussion Thread - Olina OUT now

Personally I figured out the problem on my Leá by removing the mesh, keeping the rest on. They work awesome now, but I think some condensation buildup could've been caused by the atmosphere I live in. Mountainous region, relatively high pressure.

Tripowin x HBB: Mele/Olina - Discussion Thread - Olina OUT now

I understand I'm not writing in a correct thread, but please bear with me. From what I can tell, the Tripowin Leá has a similar filter problem to what the Mele has, and so I decided to remove them. I took off the fine mesh and under that, there's a white layer with some glue around the edges...

Review by 'Hablmet' on item 'Tripowin Leá'

I should start off this review by saying that I never really wrote a review for an IEM before, so please take my opinions and descriptions with a grain of salt. My hearing is not great, either, but from what I have heard of these so far, I am quite impressed at the price I bought them for...
