Sennheiser IE300 Review & Measurements
There's the official ones. I think they fit? They're the around the neck type and can be found by looking for the Sennheiser IE100 Pro BT. I'm using the Fiio adapters (UTWS3). Work pretty well, you just need to take some wire snippers to the red and blue bands on each to make then compatible...- Jff007

For me, I go between the stock IE300 cable and modified Fiio UTWS3 for when I want BT (you need to remove the blue and red metal rings on the cables to get them to fit the IE lineup). For my tips, I go between the stock Sennheiser ones (M for both silicone and foam) and Spinfit CP100+ (Though...- Jff007

I'll second this. Comply for foam, Spinfits otherwise.- Jff007

For what it's worth, I got mine through an Amazon third party store. Though they are covered under Amazon's return policy and (from what I was told) under Sennheiser's warranty.- Jff007

Can't speak for everyone, but the one I got from Amazon was fine, no issues with quality control. Amazon should do replacements/returns though if there's a problem.- Jff007

Well, I got it to work out. Not a bad set of BT wires, obviously not as good as wired though. The material they used also doesn't do well with ears my shape and with glasses, though it's comfortable enough for commute-length sessions. The metal rings were very firmly cinched on, and no...- Jff007

Yeah, it'd definitely need very carefully applied heat if possible. Guess I'll experiment and try on the BT ones, since I do have a heating kit used for phone repair. Edit: Picked up the BT cables, definitely going to take a bit to test, will update here if it works or not.- Jff007

Looking at those, the indicators look similar, material-wise, though the BT ones are a bit longer. Is that section a separate material that seems like it's connected through adhesive? I'm thinking of maybe seeing if some carefully applied heat may let me slip those indicators off.- Jff007

PIcked up some IE300s since I found a very good deal on them. I was curious, has anyone tried the FiiO UTSW3 BT on them? I'm wondering if those side indicators can be removed to make them fit...- Jff007

Hey, all, I was hoping you guys might be able to help point me in the right direction. I'm a musician (trombone and trumpet) who's using the Yamaha Silent Brass system, which essentially mutes the instrument and then uses a microphone hooked up to what is essentially just an external amp. That...- Jff007
