Finally received my unit back after the second battery swelling. Thanks to Liam from customer support who went above and beyond. We will see how long this battery lasts. Will be very careful when charging. Avoid any phone charger even if it slow charging 5 output volts.

If I allow I lose all my library and no other music app works. If I cancel then other music apps work but my library still disappears. I have a S20fe. I also have Neutron player installed on a lg 30v. I don't have this issue on that.

I assume it it the battery swelling causing the unit to come apart. Happened over a periodic of two weeks after I first noticed it.

Unfortunately, after 10 months the replacement unit is splitting again and the battery life is diminished. Can't recommend a product for this price if it doesn't last a year of use.

Hi, Had the same problem after 9 months. Sent it back and it was replaced. Also had the battery losing it's charge too quickly( lasted only 1 hr at the end). New unit's bt range is much better btw.
