<$75 IEM Recommendations
Hmm RE0's look interesting but I'm not sure how they'll perform with bass-heavy soundtracks like Hans Zimmer-type stuff or the new Tron Legacy soundtrack...- ienhz

<$75 IEM Recommendations
Hi, I've been looking for some new portable headphones and have my eyes on the Brainwavz M2. Are there any others I should also be looking at? I don't want to spend more than $75. I listen to mostly rap, movie soundtracks/instrumentals, and soft vocal music. I want something that DOESN'T...- ienhz

Denon D1001 vs Sennheiser HD 238 vs 448
Well I decided on the 238's just because they were easier to attain and I'd have an easier time to return it if anything went wrong. So far, it definitely adds a lot of bass I was missing when using my Koss KSC-75's. They sound a bit brighter than my Koss and defintely have some more detail...- ienhz

Denon D1001 vs Sennheiser HD 238 vs 448
Looking for some lower-end headphones and I've narrowed it to these 3. Looked through a ton of reviews here and I've seen a lot of praise for the 3. I live in Canada so the D1001's are pretty hard to get outside of ebay (~$130 CAD), the 238's are at the Apple store here for $109 CAD, and the...- ienhz

Newbie needs reccomendations
Okay I think I'm actually going to decide between the 280s and the KSC-75 since I really don't think I can afford to spend $100 on headphones. Anyone know how the KSC-75 stacks up to the 280s in the type of music I listen to?- ienhz

Newbie needs reccomendations
Hmm I guess it's down between the MS-1 and HD-280s then. The DT770s do sound like a good pair of headphones but $150 USD is way out of my budget... $99 for the MS-1 is already pushing it for me.- ienhz

Newbie needs reccomendations
Yeah the whole open vs closed thing doesn't really bother me as I'll mostly be using them in my room when everyone else in the house is sleeping. Btw, I'm also open to suggestions to other headphones besides the ones I've listed.- ienhz

Newbie needs reccomendations
Hey I've finally decided that I wanted a new pair of headphones to replace my crappy Sony EX51 earbuds. I mostly listen to R&B, pop (Asian stuff; HK and Korean-type music), rap, and a bit of instrumentals from movie OSTs. I hardly ever listen to rock music though. I'll mostly be using these...- ienhz
