Sennheiser HD 660S2 thread
I find the HD660S2 to be the most comfortable headphone of all that I own: lightweight oval ear cups plenty of space for my ears velour material pleasant to the skin adjustable clamp - one can adjust it as pleases (seldom possible in other models).- marekm

Unveiled: Meet the HD 620S
The cable bundled with HD560s is balanced and so is the jack on headphone side. I reckon, it will be the same with HD620S. If that is indeed the case, all you need to do is replace the 3,5mm SE jack with a 4,4mm Pentacon balanced jack and you are good to go :L3000:- marekm

Unveiled: Meet the HD 620S
There is no need to wait for 3rd party pads. Sennheiser's own HD560s velour pads will fit. Unfortunately, according to Sennheiser, this change impacts sound signature. So far, they have not elaborated, what changes and to what degree. Will need to experiment, once demo versions become available...- marekm

iFi audio GO blu - Super small. Super light. Super Sound.
You are right. My comments refer to the Go Link and NOT Go Blu. I have both and clearly mixed them up. Too much work. Time to go on a holiday :wine_glass::beach:- marekm

iFi audio GO blu - Super small. Super light. Super Sound.
If only the plug could be made smaller. Had to widen the opening on the iPhone 15 Pro Quadlock case to make it fit. Also, how about a 4,4mm balanced version ? :L3000:- marekm

Introducing The Zen Can Signature! A Premium Desk-Fi Headphone Amp!!
I love the buttery smooth volume knob on iFi ZEN products :L3000: Channel imbalance if any, is at the very beginning of the scale. With the correct gain setting, this is never an issue.- marekm

Unveiled: Meet the HD 620S
Not at all. Slider is that part of the headband that slides in and out to adjust headphones to head size. On the 6X0 series, the sliders are metal and hence may be bent to adjust clamp. On the 560s headphones, the sliders are plastic so bending is not possible. In other words, are the sliders...- marekm

Unveiled: Meet the HD 620S
The sliders, I presume, are plastic like 560s. If indeed plastic, adjusting clamp will be a PITA. Metal bends and stays bent. Plastic springs back to original position. Eventually it will adjust (some) but nowhere near as easily as metal.- marekm

All clear, and Yes, I will give them a listen :L3000: To me however, plastic pads will always be just plastic pads, no matter what the marketing crowd like to call them. Will the pads be a dealbreaker? Too early to say. I will experiment with the pads from my 560s :)- marekm

It takes 5 minutes to set the clamp as you like it. Metal bends :D And once you do it, they become the most comfortable headphones of all: lightweight, generous oval cups, velour pads and moderate clamp 👍- marekm
