I would also be interested in your comparison between FH9 and Advar as I also have both of them. FH9 is clearly the technical winner in all areas. That being said, I still listen to the Advar about as much as the FH9. I prefer Advar for night listening sessions as they are a bit more relaxed...

I had a similar problem, but it was by removing one of the eartips from the earbud (Azla cristal, a sticky one). I contacted Meze and the support was great. I sent them back and they sent me a new pair. No problem since then, I'm more careful now 😅 But yes, I didn't expect that either.
