none here. what are you powering your 58x off of? if youre using a PC motherboard, i suggest the apple 3.5mm to usb-c dongle vs straight into the mobo. if you need a usb-c to usb-a adapter, theyre very cheap off amazon/ali exp

Is there anyone here who owns the Sennheiser 58x & HD Zeus? If so, can you do a brief comparison of the 2 please. I LOVE my 58x, but always wanted to try the Zeus.

All went well with driver install + firmware update to 7.3. Everything sounds fine still playing my music off of Foobar. Do I want my windows sample rate to be the highest with this? With 'Driver 3.2 & Firmware 7.2' it was 192,000 Hz, with 'Driver 5.12 & Firmware 7.3' I can go all the way up to...

I don't think I have any DSD files after looking, and only mp3 320kbps & FLAC files mainly. I don't use TIDAL or anything requiring MQA, just running Spotify, Foobar2000 & PC games mainly. I'll just grab the regular 7.3 then. Thank you for your help and explanation!

Using the Zen Dac V2 on my PC (Win10 64 bit), do I want 7.3b firmware and 5.12 drivers? Was confused about which firmware version to download between 7.3/7.3b/7.3c. (Currently I am on 7.2 firmware with 3.20 drivers.)

I didn't wanna mess with EQ on my headphones, and the 58x with truebass is exactly what I wanted out of a headphone now. Really filled that little area it was just lacking. Cant imagine balanced + zen can on top...

Ok nice, thats good to know. I'll take a look for something similar with a bit better quality since its only a 1 time purchase anyways. Only nitpick thing I would say about the unit is the super short cable that comes with it. Everything else seems amazing after using it for a few days now...

Ok after messing with it a bit, the volume for the unit does nothing through windows at all. I just left it at 50%. The Truebass button on some electronic music is absolutely amazing so far, my goodness. Is there any benefit of running low or high gain (power match) for the Sennheiser 58x? Thanks!

Sick I will try them out stock first, then do the mod a bit later so I can try and see(hear) the difference! Crazy that the little bit of foam can alter the sound that much. Appreciate the comment on how to improve them, and just overall how much you seem to like your pair as well :)
