Did you follow the setup instructions for using I2S input? It is explained on Denafrips' website.

I used to have the Denon. I enjoyed it, but after 30-60 mins not so comfortable. Sold it and now have a HD820 (already owned the 800s). They are comfier. However I do miss the Denon.

I am using the Denon 9200 with my Sony WM1Z. It is also fantastic. It is my favorite headphone. :)

May I ask, where did you buy a brand new Wm1z? I do not know where it still is available for purchase in Europe?

I came across a deal at a local Sony store to buy these headphones for €350. I think that’s a pretty good deal? I want to pair them with my Wm1a. I often use Shure 846 iems. But I’d like a decent set of over ears as well.

I am also wondering about that. Been playing around with regions. I can't pinpoint huge differences. But maybe my ears are simply not good enough.

Following up on an earlier post of mine I am thinking is pairing the WM1A with Shure 846 earphones. I suppose this should work fine (m’n with balanced cable). I am curious what the experiences are with this combo.

I am thinking in-ear for now. The B&O H95 are nice for at home or behind the computer. In ear also would be handy for traveling.
