The Watercooler -- Impressions, philosophical discussion and general banter. Index on first page. All welcome.
Nice! I've tried all 3, have kept the Quloos, fantastic device. So much power, handles my Storms & Supermoon very well. Wanted the like the CMA18 because it looks like a really cool device, but power output insufficient. 100% Volume on Storm and around 90% for supermoon. Comparatively Quloos...- MasterZen

Fourte has incredible soundstage, detailed and airy, sounds as spacious as using overhead headphones. But then with Storm, its beyond a headphone and its like sitting in an IMAX cinema, next level in precise imaging and detail, it is nuts.- MasterZen

I would highly recommend @skedra to make you a copper cable, he made me one for my supermoon which helped with the sharp highs whilst adding some meat to the mid bass and rumble in the subbass. He does https://vikingweavecables.com/ For foam tips, I've always enjoyed campfire marshmallow tips...- MasterZen

I wouldn't bother selling to that person, they sound like more trouble than it's worth. Subtonic STORM: Impressions and Discussion
I pair storm with my hugo 2 and cayin c9 amp, for "portable" use, it's super overkill but is incredible! Otherwise I use my Odin and fiio BTR7 for actual portable use, I enjoy that pairing as its way more convenient and don't need a dedicated bag to carry it around- MasterZen

Subtonic STORM: Impressions and Discussion
Its just a way of grading things. Like C class, B class, A class which is normally the best. S class is basically so good, that is surpasses A class. Like an 11/10 score- MasterZen

Subtonic STORM: Impressions and Discussion
Hugo 2 and Storm are a great pairing, no problem driving the storm. I have no experience with the Sp3k with it however. Also have not heard the Trailli, or other crazy high end models from Musickteck. Storms are the most expensive IEM purchase, but have owned other high end iems. Storm I think...- MasterZen

Subtonic STORM: Impressions and Discussion
I own the Storm first, later added the Odin because I've always wanted it - very cool design. Driveability; Odin super easy to drive, out of anything, but does scale well with better DACS. Storm is much harder to drive, would require a very good source and amp. Odin I can hear hiss on some...- MasterZen
