I had not used my Cardas A8 Anniversary edition IEMs for awhile, began using them today. They seem to have lost the potent bass I loved, is this possible from just being unused for a few weeks?

How did this affect the bass response?

I use mine with a TH-X00, I like the combo (along with a Nuprime DAC-9). Plenty of power.

With my Clear, I'm using a Nuprime DAC9 & Schiit Jot. Nice to my ears.

Sure, why not? I could use this! My first portable amp was a Fiio.

You can find a Focal Clear around that price, highly recommended.

I'm using my DAC-9 with both the Schiit Jot & Little Dot Mk. III, pairs well with both!

I tried 2 sets of tubes, no output. I'll search for some internal pics of the II++, and I'll open it up tonight, to see what I can figure out. Thanks.

I'm wondering if there's a compatibility issue with the EF95/6J1p-EV & the LD II++, which is an older model.

Anyone have thoughts on this? I was going by the tube guide on page one, assuming that EF95 tubes can be used with a LD II++. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Looking for some guidance here: I purchased some Voskhod 6J1P-EV tubes from The Tube Store online for my Little Dot II++. I swapped them in, no output. These are EF95-type tubes, I thought they'd be compatible. Is there an internal setting I need to change? Thanks for the help!

My Sansui SR-838:

This morning I took 3 VG+ - NM albums cleaned with Spin Clean, and used Vinyl Zyme on one side each. First I played the untreated side, then the treated, on each LP. You could definitely tell that there was less noise on the treated sides. Kudos for a truly working product!
