Yeah the Scarlet Mini was my fault. Her phone wasn't setup with UAPP and the volume was low. The RU7 was almost maxed and she didn't get a good listen. She may have found that one too bass with proper volume settings...just my guess.

She does have small ears. Although she hasn't tried enough IEMs to know for sure. So I'd like her to try all versions. Short nozzle, longer, chonky and not.

I'll 2nd this too. I had a USBc to USBa extension cable that wreaked havoc on my system with noise. It can be the smallest thing at times.

Also give the tubes time to burn in. I had a couple of noise things in the first hours or day of use on my unit but it went away. The XLR is the most powerful output and I prefer my Atrium Closed out of the 4.4. I'd definitely try the different options to see what works best. Higher...
