I think this is a top priority item for sure. I love my Penrose, even added some nuggets and Dekoni pads to make them more comfortable for my giant dome but if this doesn't get swapped they'll find themselves on eBay regardless of how much money I'll lose on them. The inability to change...

Are we still going to get the chat mix/mic level wheel functions swapped at some point? That is by miles the most troublesome thing (for me at least) about this headset. Every time I end up changing my mic sensitivity accidentally I have to link to Bluetooth on my phone so I can open the app...

Penrose X on Series X - Should my game/chat balance be getting reset every time I power off the headset/console? Every time I check the balance has reset to 50/50 which is incredibly frustrating with the mic/chat balance wheel in it's current configuration. Tried search and didn't turn anything...

Wanted to add my experiences with my Penrose X so far, and hopefully get some help - Left earcup does not have the same seal as right, with or without mic plugged in. Imaging is shifted to the left. High noise floor with sidetone enabled, less bad with it turned off. Occasional whoosh/wind sound...

@Audeze - made an account just to add in my vote to swap the mic gain/chat mix wheel function. Far more intuitive to have chat mix as the main wheel function for us console gamers, I would bet most of us never change our mic gain once it's setup properly.
