Indeed.. rather mind boggling that they would design it to be this flimsy. I quite like them aside from that but it's seriously restricting my user experience :/ I ordered a couple of shallow depth tips, will see how or if they make a difference and report back

Also a first time dap owner and new to Hiby. This is also what I do. I pretty much only use UAPP for offline listening (except for Tidal offline as it's unsupported in UAPP) and the parametric EQ there is pretty good, if a bit small on the interface.
