Well, you have some great amplifiers already so the JotR is keeping elevated company. At least for me it is a great option when I do not want to heat things up, and it is the most transportable of them all as well. I must say, I really enjoy the Magna off this little amp. Happy listening.

Seriously. I do not have central AC here in Denver. And on hot days, I find I am choosing to use the Jotunheim R as often as not for the same reason.

Yes, I did all my listening this weekend on the Vm1a, thanks, you just reminded me to mention that in the longer notes!

I am happy to contribute. The Immanis (as I weighed them last month) are separated by 100 grams. I do not remember ever having the sensation that the Immanis was comparatively heavy feeling, for what that is worth.

I'm the idiot that sold his CA1a pre-maturely, so unfortunately I have not been able to compare them except by memory. I think in June at the Denver meet we will all get that chance.
