I also got a darker sound and lower colume after the update. =/ Not a fan of either sorry Audeze!

It is connected to an Eversolo DAC-Z8 through coaxial. The Bridge II does not have a dac of its own but there is a Limetree Network II which is a similar device with an inbuilt dac as well.

I'm not very good at describing what I hear but I sense a more open soundstage compared to the WiiM. Better separation and it sounds cleaner. Both have very good stabile apps. I have owned a Limetree Bridge a while back, the first version. I then only used it in my speaker system. I upgraded...

Got myself a new streamer today! Out with the WiiM Pro and in with the Lindemann Limetree Bridge II. So far very, very happy with the Limetree! :D

Just got myself some ZMF perforated lambskin pads for my 650. Really liking them so far!

So I have been looking through this thread regarding tube upgrades. A lot of different tips and recommendations which make me unsure what to buy. Which would you ultimately recommend me to try?

Ahh thats a door stop just to weigh it down. :P The ethernet cable is so stiff so the damn WiiM just moves around. :D

Unplugged my Gold Note stack and in with the Eversolo DAC-Z8 and WiiM Pro to try out the synergy with my Feliks Echo mkII. Sounds great! :)

I would want to hear the AH-D9200. I see in your signature you own the Pylon Diamond 25. I also own them. What do you think of them? I believe they are a lot of speakers for the money.

I'm very happy with this gem of an amp. Sounds sublime with my Focal Clear OG tonight.

Any recommendations for a pair of "budget" closed backs for the Echo? Would a pair of Denon AH-D5200 work with it? I remember Focal Elegia worked very well but I have never heard any Denon.
