My 2 cents in that topic is look for 2-3 DD too. Knowing the tuning you are looking for. A tweeter driver bring more sparkle and technicalities while not going to metallic timbre territory (an exception would be Star River, lets ignore that zing monster). Weirdly, my current favorite 2DDs are...

It seems they avoided BA timbre the best they could, but this moment I think of skipping it to favor multi DDs. Its a category of IEMs that is growing because, supposedly, is the best timbre and financial option. It achieves more note edge definition without risking sounding metallic/plasticky...

Beryllium is... Too snappy for me. Same happens with LCP. Bass is resolute but feels boring clinical. For those IEMs, any slow roll off filter is pure bliss. For someone which the preference is a warmer/musical sound

They added a driver AND reduced selling price. It just shows how affected they are after more brands started to compete in budget
