Is anyone having trouble with Tidal? It won't work on my KC but will work elsewhere. I am using the sideloaded version 2.28 of Tidal. It's bad enough I have just had to accept that it won't work with AK connect - it won't work on the device itself

Yes I have contacted N.A support - they not only fail to reply on the same day at A & K, they do not reply at all. Their customer service is poor. Ask anybody

Absolutely nothing has changed in months regarding Tidal. I can't use it on my KC. Astell & Kern are completely aloof and are of no use. Talk about poor customer care. When I turn on Tidal within AK connect it simply goes to the last song I tried to play on it (in springtime!) but it won't...

Now Tidal won't work on the KC on any basis for me. I go to Services > Tidal > unknown error in red

Tidal is working on the KC where I can use it manually. I cannot control it via AK connect on my phone - it is only on my android phone that there is an authentication issue for using Tidal through Ak connect app...."authentication failed" each time

Even after the update, the login authentication issue remains with the embedded Tidal app
