Yes I am. I cut a part of rubber back housing., and adjust a lenght of MH1 driver tube (alluminium housing) by hand sanding. No glue added, only push MH1 tube to fit and lock with MH755 housing. And yes, it’s become bassy, but in a good side to my taste. Your mmcx mod is very interesting.

Slight increase in sub bass. other frequency is same with standard MH1

I have mh755 (year 2017) and mh750 (year 2017), already modify mmcx. Both have centre vent driver, 100% same physical driver. Going to sound quality, mh750 have strong bass response and mh755 more balance/open. I don't know where the real different, driver membrane maybe? Tested by 1 mmcx...

For my taste mh755 sometimes feel 'shouty' in upper mid region and the bass not punchy as mh750. Is there any different tuning between them? My earphones: mh750 2017 type ag-0500 mh755 2017 type ag-0503

Your label tag type says AG-0500? I own this model too, different mesh, plastic material, different pcb dots, all same as your describe. In my opinion this is legit mh750 with ag-0500 type.

Still not sure to take this red. As I know the 2017 version of Mh750/Mh755 doesn't have label tag at their cable.
