Ultraportable MP3 player: iAudio U3 or Sandisk e280

I also have the U3 and I really like it. As I mentioned in another thread, I can't see any indication when it's fully charged when connected to the computer. Will there be any difference if I get the AC adapter? Will I then be able to use it (listen to music etc) while charging and will I...

    Help! Iaudio U3

I also recently got the U3 and I really like it. But I have the same problem when charging from the computer. There is no indication when it's fully charged. If I get the AC adapter, will I be able to use the U3 when charging? Like listening to music, voice recording etc? This is not...

Have you noticed big changes/improvements with headphone fit/positioning?

To get the best treble out of my 595 senns I place them as far back as comfortable on my head. I also have the headband as low as comfortable. Then listen for the sweetspot, it's a big difference!

I love Grados, but they hurt. Help!

Could it be that your grados have too much treble? A lot of people are very sensitive to treble and it can be fatiguing. More so than too much bass I think. I love my Beyer DT880 '05 but the treble can be fatiguing sometimes, therefore not a keeper. Perhaps one would need at least three...

I really like my 595 for rock. Do you think they lack punch or do you want more bass/treble?

Never thought I'd be saying this but the HD600s are my favorite phones!

I have yet to try the 600 and the 650. I need a bigger wallet!

Two new DT880 have different amount of bass.

The interesting thing that I have noticed is that my new DT880 '05 250 ohm have more bass then my friends new 880, same specs. They have both over 600+ hours of burn in time. I didn't get to compare them from the beginning, but my guess is that some phones are made just a little different...

I hope you can fix them. I'm not sure any phone can withstand being dropped, but some are more sturdier built, preventing the band from breaking etc. Try to get you frustration out on something else

    Ultrasone PROline 2500 -VS- RS1&K701 ??

I'd love to try the 2500. Some say they can't get used to how the 2500 deliver the sound to the ears, because it's so different from all other phones. Giving a 3d effect I've read. I wish my wallet was fat.

Beyer DT-880s: leather vs. velour question

Remember kids, it's cold outside now so get your warm clothes on. And don't forget to switch to warm leather pads!

Are the 601's more 'fun' then the 701's?

Interesting comparison. I think my favourite would be the K601, but I'd like to try them all. My new 880 is going soon (too bright), so I will look here for a 601 for sale.

Beyer DT-880s: leather vs. velour question

I have the new 880 with velour pads and find the bass response well balanced. Although it would be interesting to try them with leather pads to hear the difference.
