A month is already a bit hefty considering you have paid for a premium product from their highest shelf. If the European support is not able to repair it within such a period of time in my opinion they should slowly think about sending the new one. Hope it will end quickly. Cheers

After @Scuba Devils post from Dita i have decided to get some storage boxes from Tanos for my chifi, tips, adapters. It is a perfect solution as these are stackable and can attach them together. Very good to pack and have the feeling that everything inside will be secured well.
