What is Kitsuni Hifi's return policy, no returns once the item is shipped and delivered?

I was able to get Roon/HQP working with one set of parameters and had a listen on Spring3 KTE. OS sounds dryer and more digital. NOS sounds fuller and more organic. Preferred NOS from the brief listening.

I have limited experience with 2k/3k DACs so probably this doesnt mean much. To me, compared to the Ares II, the Spring 3 KTE is worth 2k.

What is the sound quality difference between L2 and KTE May? I've had the spring 3 KTE for a month, while it sounds fine, I'm thinking about taking a chance and go with the May.

This question may be best addressed by Holo Audio. The Spring 3 (KTE?) has a new USB module for support of AMD based computer playback, while all Intel-based systems are already fully supported. What about Apple M1 based laptops? Are they already supported, or they need software/hardware update...
