Here’s something totally unrelated to any of the above threads but...... the other night I was listening to my KANN....fully charged and both card slots filled. Then all of a sudden the music stopped and I realised that the SDXC card had ejected itself?! No problem I thought.....turned the unit...

Ok....... Last night I subscribed to Tidal and for the first time since owning the Kann....which I've now had for 3 weeks.....I turned the wifi on and connected to the net so I could listen to Tidal. Of course I noticed that the player was telling me that there were software updates to do....but...

I haven't come across this issue myself?? I hope you find a solution.... Maybe if you create subfolders for Disc One and another for Disc Two and then renumber the songs in the individual Disc folders to just 01, 02 etc instead of 1-01, 1-02 etc?!

Thanks for letting me know about this. I haven't turned the wifi on cos I was worried about the last dodgy update bricking it?! Also I find the AK website a bit lacking that there's no way to contact support from what I can see? I was going to email them directly to ask about this but can't see...
