Just a quick note to tell you that the RCA red base 5692, that arrived today, has displaced the Sylvania - for good! What can I say? This 412A/5692 combo is "full range"! Clear-cut, complete, and effortless everywhere. The "really being there" feeling!

Hi.. I think unchecking the "Dynamic compression" flag disables the compressor? The author of the DH foobar wrapper says programs like powerdvd always leave this flag set. He exposed it only in a test version of his wrapper.

Bit-accurate should appear on the Creative Audio Console after enabling advanced mode. Are you sure you have the latest drivers pack from the link in the first post? I think the pack includes a recent version of the Audio Console application.
