Precog's IEM Reviews & Impressions
Yes, company like Softears, for example the RSV, they are fully 3D printed (tubing, internal structure and everything). But the CIEM model is handmade in internal. So I reckon that is not something that if they can use this 3D printed technology, is more likely they have different target...- Audio Fun

It’s different, 64 does it only for the shell like all the western company. While they print out the whole structure, including the tube, driver placements and acoustic structure..- Audio Fun

Precog's IEM Reviews & Impressions
I agree with your point on the Moondrop fan couldn’t afford that much, but when you talked about Softears, They cost more cuz most of their IEMs were hand build in the traditional way, Moondrop in the other hand, most of IEMs were 3D printed and assembled in the product line, plus Softears used...- Audio Fun

Precog's IEM Reviews & Impressions
Yes I do like a bass on the U4s, even though is not the best bass for its price. But it inherited from U12t signature, that’s why I like it too!!- Audio Fun

Precog's IEM Reviews & Impressions
Definitely understood where your point coming from. But I do consider the U12T to be fun, too. It got enough sub bass rumble and punchy but clean mid bass extra treble spicy and airiness at the top end. As well as remaining that stereo imaging and staging. But U4S priced is definitely a really...- Audio Fun

Precog's IEM Reviews & Impressions
U12T is a no brainer. U4S just better bass texture and more nature sounding on lower frequency. The thing is the bass texture and timbre from U12t is a most nature sounding I ever get from an all BA set, if not SA6.- Audio Fun

The discovery thread!
Don’t know if anyone shared this before, but Aful performer 8 has already released in Asia market: https://m.tb.cn/h.UIpnvsk?tk=wqO4dPi42BK It’s retail for around 350 USD, but just graph itself looks really weird. And interestingly they named it as “Band” instead of “Performer” that we all know.- Audio Fun

Softears - Discussion & Appreciation
I guess so, better upper treble always lead to better imaging and headroom. The Studio 4 has same ability as my Meteor and EJ07m (custom tuned one 2db pump in 4.5-5Khz) in term of imaging and headroom. Not to the U12t levels definitely. But really impressed for the price.- Audio Fun

Yes, it does unfortunately, especially the mid bass. But the bass has better texture. Think they using the Sonion driver this time instead of the Knowles 22955.- Audio Fun

Sold my RSV to my friend immediately after received my Studio 4. Much spacious and better detail. But RSV still better in term of timbre, at the same time sound damped.- Audio Fun

Home-Made IEMs
If anyone can help me, I’m stuck on this. The yellow line is 29689+30095. Blue line is a 10mm DD with yellow damper/100ohm resistor. As you may see the bass driver is not loud enough to match the curve to the BA driver. (So the bass DD has to go all the way up to 44Db to match it) Any...- Audio Fun

Moondrop in-ear monitors Impressions Thread
It’s definitely the same concept, but a little bit different I will say, it’s only used for lower frequency, and it has 3D printed structure to hold it with tube as well. But really interested to me definitely- Audio Fun
