Does anyone have experience with the Kef LS50?
Does anyone have the LS50's, in use with an Auralic Vega (or ARK MX+) and/or Auralic Taurus MK2? I'm wondering whether that would be too bright..- 3000

y1 gamma-1 DAC
I got a, hopefully, simple to answer question regarding U1U. As can be seen below, somehow the copper traces of pin 7 and 8 came loose when soldering. (I take full responsibility for that!) I managed to get the trace on pin 7 to get back to it's original position, though the trace of pin 8...- 3000

y1 gamma-1 DAC
I'm trying to make a complete order for an y1 and possibly an y2 at mouser by using the BOM. Well, all parts expect the ones you can order from amb. Most parts are in stock, though three parts are not and I could need some help ordering replacements if possible. These are the ones not in...- 3000

Vinyl Owners -- Question v.Record Cleaning
You could get a KAB EV-1 of Kabusa.com, which is surprisingly nice. I haven't owned or used a automatic record cleaner, so can't tell you how it compares to these. Though, to me the KAB EV-1 does a good job.- 3000

Turntable and Amp for use with HD600?
Concerning the turntable, you might find this to come in handy: http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f7/low...source-228059/ On amping your HD600s, I use a Little Dot MKIII with it which is really nice and affordable. Might be a brand to check out yourself!- 3000

Low budget cartridges.
After getting used to the sound, here's my impression of the Denon DL-110 as used in my Pioneer PL-112D. As the only other cartridge I have is the original one which came with my turntable, I don't think it's worth comparing each other. All I was looking for was a nice cartridge to complement my...- 3000

Hip-Hop collection getting tired. Help.
Assuming you only listened to American Hip-hop, I can highly recommend you to go out and find some UK Hip-hop. Or, if you understand French, you could check out some French Hip-hop. Personally, I think UK Hip-hop is the best Hip-hop out there but you might need to open up a bit to appreciate it... -

Good old Ren & Stimpy makes me laugh all the time. Other than that, I like Family Guy, Gillmore Girls (the dialogs are just too funny in my opinion) and another one worth mentioning is Matroesjka's which is a Belgium series about women getting into prostitution against their will.- 3000
