I tried it a couple of days ago. I'm constantly switching between these EQ settings and the crinacle settings which are integrated in the Qudelix 5K software and can't figure out which I like more. But I also like the original FD5 sound.

Hey, I could get a Denon D5000 quite cheaply, which is also still in really good condition. Is the D5000 good for metal (black, technical death, progressive, stoner/doom) and would be a good complement to the Sundaras that I have?

I liked the 700 Pro X, but the Sundara and the D5000 are way better (in my opinion). Long story short, the Sundara (with little bass eq) and the D5000 are different but both excellent headphones. Actually I didn't want to have two. But now here I am and I think, I have to keep them both.

Just a quick update since I got the Sundaras today. They sound quite lovely in combination with the Qudelix 5K. Don't miss bass right now after almost 2 hours of listening to some metal genres. Looking forward to compare them to the Denon D5000 and the D 700 Pro X.
