    I found the Bose 700 not as good in drowning out low noises, and also louder when used in ANC mode without any music. The Bose is a lot more neutral sounding, but also sounds tighter over the whole range. It also had quite a few consistancy problems. I personally prefer neutral/mid-heavy sound...

    For that money, the WH-1000XM3's are the king. Absolutely fantastic ANC, and is stunning with drowning out low noises like ventilation and 'flying' noises. I think you'll definitely like them.

    Balanced or warm closed headphones at a reasonable price

    I've used the Edifier W855BT for the past 15 months, and they're great when you're on a budget. Not bass-heavy at all, with very clear mids. In that price range, I haven't been able to find anything that comes close to the sound quality of the Edifiers.

    Hey guys, I've just received my PX7 and the pressure the band gives around my ears is just crazy, it's like somebody is pressing the headphones as hard as they can to my ears and after 30 mins I just couldn't take it anymore. It's now an hour since I've taken off the PX7 and my head STILL hurt...
