A phone DAC is not used in this case. But implementation of AAC codec might have impact on SQ.

Whether they can control the volume by themselves?

I decided to take both and choose one. So i picked up Mackie MP-20TWS today. I can't say much about the sound yet, but it's not bad. One big problem is the volume control steps. There are only seven - 0 (sound off), 1, 2 ... 7 (maximum). Actually, the case has no wireless charging.

They say here - "Included wireless charging case adds 40+ more hours of playtime".

Why do you need to connect them to your BT-W5? They do not support AptX.

Yes, I have the PX7. I had Huaweii FreeBuds Pro 2 (I liked them), sold them and bought Huaweii FreeBuds Pro 3. And returned them because of sibilants. There was some peak (about 8 kHz) which I couldn't EQed.

Don't think it's better than a new phone. But i can't choose any because i use Honor Magic 5 Pro :frowning2:

So why do i need Mackies then? :relaxed: If I use Wavelet I'll have to switch it off when I change the earphones. And I use earphones with my laptop 50/50.
