It took me 3 clean installs but the player is working with Amazon Music with both downloaded and online music. I also picked up the fastest cards that I could find for storage. Knock on wood that the issue is fixed. Good luck everyone.

Thanks for the response. I installed 2 more times and started playing a file. It took a few min but began playing. It is slow loading from DL files but it is working without jumping through hoops. I am kinda happy now.

Installed 1.0.8 and Amazon HD is still not working. Did you all do anything special to get it up am running.

while we are on the topic of the M11 and Amazon Music......I am downloading to a 400GB SD card but when I try to go offline the folders are there but they do not contain any music. Anyone else experiencing this? The app resided on the DAPs internal storage. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Thank you very much for resolving the Amazon Music issues. I was very disappointed when I could not get Amazon to work on my newly purchased M11. With you help all is working great now. Fingers cross for the future. Peace.
