Same, most other things lower the volume and allow you to hear what's going on. It's not something I use though, I prefer to slide 1 ear cup off anyways so no issue to me but it should lower the volume. It does for phone calls but 1 thing I noticed, I have a friend who prefers to send voice...

I have the same issue with volume been a little lower than my likings. Its a Bluetooth thing. The dali rep on here said they had to cut 6db to comply with eu(ssr) rulings but if you bypass that restriction is removed. Someone said their s9/s10 was loud but that may be their perception of loud...

    Dali Headphones

I don't understand how people are finding these uncomfortable. I've had them on for 3,4 hours sometimes and forget I got headphones on. But some people seem to be having this issue for whatever reason. The sound leakage, even with and extra few db's on with eq fx Pro they are pretty silent on...

I have the hrt audiostreamer but the problem is USB connection don't last and break. Reason I went wireless is I'm sick of breaking £100s worth of cables lol

Ah, the EUSSR (same people who ran the USSR Boroso and friends) ruining things as normal then! Well, their behind everything if you know what I mean! But this isn't polotics so.... I've stopped using artificial increase on volume with eq fx Pro has it can forget its done it already and reach...

I can reccomend the etymotics er4s if you like the dali sound. I've had them for last couple of generations and wouldn't change them for the world even though I've tried shure, ultimate ears and many other brands. Just so natreual and precise.

Never measured my ears but they are about the same as yours. Once past the initial 5.3 they obviously open up inside. This is a non issue. Beaur are ridiculously small but seriously, you will not have an issue with the dalis on that point. I'd say there is plenty of more room for bigger ears...

Thanks for your input on this. Really appreciated the work you put in. I'm glad you noticed how much they improve over time as well. This is why I said earlier to give them time. Leave them playing 24/7 on the side if you have to. There is people who say burn in is a myth but it isn't. Some...

Answered under questions in quote Hope this helps BTW, on the speaker front, the zensors are fantastic bang for buck and I found them nearly indistinguishable to the Ikon 6 MK1s I had a while back, their old opticon range basically which were 1200£ new! However, the Oberon that replace The...

That's an interesting point there. I guess I'm really into the diffuse field method. That actually makes alot of sense to me. I chose etymotics over shures, ultimate ears and many other more expensive models. You've actually answered a few things I couldn't put my finger on there. Thank you...

I wouldn't be so quickly dismissive of them. Try them a little longer and give them a chance. But by the sounds of it, you personally prefer heavy bass. Nothing wrong with that, I used to back in my 'techno' days. Personal preference is a huge thing that can't be quantified either. Build...

    Dali Headphones

I really don't think you will be disappointed. I'd just add, don't judge them straight away. It might take a little to 'tune in' to the dali sound but has others have said, they are just right, precise and spacious. Not sure but do these have 'burn in' to people who have them as well? I swear...

    Dali Headphones

I back all the people saying the bass is right, not light. It helps to achieve the spacious and correct placement of the sound. Of cause, people have different preferences too so this is a factor no one can advice you on but yourself. I've tried a load of jungle and techno now and can firmly...

    Dali Headphones

Ah, you just reminded me that a friend that produces jungle (junglecat) sent me a load of mastered wavs of his stuff that I've not listened to. I'll have a good listen through them and get back to you on that. Off hand, like someone said earlier, when the bass is supposed to be there they don't...

Ah, I thought first one was us, thought price seemed a little high. Why won't they post to USA? Your next door. I suppose it's depends how much you want them. I shop in USA a lot being from UK has its often half the price. I usually find someone who is willing send stuff with 'refurb' so...

Comfort is amazing on these, too good if anything, you'll forget they are there. A quick search.... . I reccomend stop using Google! Ever! (face cock, twatter and the rest also!) https://www.noteworthyaudio.com/products/dali-io6-wireless-bluetooth-noise-cancelling-headphones...

Using wired is louder in general. Tested on my p20 mate Pro phone and onkyo dp x1a DAP. On the ANC thing, Sony providing weaker chips to other vendors would not surprise me

    Dali Headphones

Yes, the equaliser does that. turn the equilizer off and go to effects and turn loudness booster up. That's all I'm using on it to get it to where I'm more happy.

    Dali Headphones

They use sonys ANC so they should be pretty much the same
  20. H

    Dali Headphones

Not actually tested. As was mentioned earlier, the io6's ANC is also an Amp which is not present in the io4s. Brintkiks said they have tuned them to be the same but this as not been tested outside of dali. I'm finding the volume not as high as I would like on the io6's for example and am using...

    Dali Headphones

I'm just going follow up with a simple quick one from what's I've said and others have said. They a just amazing on every level! They will not disappoint anyone, even if you have heard the 'dali sound' before your in for a treat just as those that have not. Only people who like the fake/muffly...

    Dali Headphones

I've never had an issue with noises except once off my old DAP player which was more of a pop than a tone. I think it was something to do with the DAP and the bt sign though and it was once. The anc transparency as mentioned just lowers the sound slightly but doesn't really help with hearing...

About 2.2 inches or 5.5cm for the inner of the cups. Few mm over that but that's what I get with a Measuring tape

    Dali Headphones

Comfort is amazing on these. I could imagine you could wear them the full 30 hours and not even notice they were there. 60 on the io4s. 2-3 hours is longest I've had them on so far but I can tell they would be fine indefinitely. As I mentioned before, I've come from using in ears for last 20...

    Dali Headphones

Weird that is, I found them lacking a little. It may be the chip used in your s10 over my hawaei p20 mate Pro or the fact I've been using a duel amp/dac dap player that I've just got used to it been louder than most things. Interesting though. Still giving them a run before I dig too deep...
