Case for the CT10 doesn't sound like a good idea. The device already runs VERY hot, it's best to leave it open and put rubber feet instead which allows the heat to escape to some extent.

Ok tried it anyway. Although I listened to the old firmware for just a few hours, seems 1.0.0.10 made the sound leaner / brighter, which wasn’t the case till 10.0.0.8. I get the feeling bass quantity has reduced. Downgrade didn’t work for me.

I haven't updated any firmware yet. Does the new firmware 1.0.0.10 change or improve the sound for iPhone, Macbook / AAC? I am not using MQA or lossless, only Apple Music or Spotify streaming. I guess it should be possible to downgrade the firmware as well?

The latest model has nice usable foam tips. The foam tips that came with the earlier model are hard and unusable, so using the silicon and will try some tip rolling later.

Hey I saw that too and it looks super ugly. The LP2 headband fabric is known to tear from the inside, so I'll probably get this once it wears out.

Hi, is it worth upgrading to UP4 if I already have the UP2? I am only using un-balanced mode w AAC streaming from iPhone. Is the dual DAC mode in UP4 going to be much better sounding (un-balanced)? Edit: found the answer on page 35, ClieOS described it quite nice.
