Definitely not for sensitive headphones. It makes crappy phones sound nice, but I've found them to sound a bit muddy unless I'm somehow missing some magical piece of my configuration.

So after a few years of owning the 11.38 (paired with AD2000X) I am a little disappointed. For some reason it doesn't sound as good as my old soundblaster recon3d fatal1ty....
