I just purchased a pair of ZMF Eikons. It looks like there's a new-ish(?) system for sliding the headband up and down; rather than moving it up and down a smooth steel rod, there's now a notched rod that's held into place with a screw. The screw is really small and I'm afraid of stripping it...
