Is it possible to connect sp2000t to a 2-channel loud speaker amplifier via a usb connection?

Been listening to Apple Music with 64Trio for over a week now, the hissing issue while using the tube seems to be a run-in issue (for me anyway). Thoroughly enjoying the 2000T.

Listened to Apple Music lossless over wifi (2.5ghz) this morning, glad to report no buzz using the tube. I am new to tube amps, do they generally require run-in like other audio hardware?

Just making a note here that I am also experiencing the buzzing when using wifi+tube. Like the others have said, the buzzing appears during the first 2-3 seconds of each new song and then goes away, but it is sufficiently annoying that I am using OP mode all the way now. Hope AK will release a...

Yup, Thor’s hammer as it is commonly referred to here. 😂 Turns out to be a connection issue with the signal cable (stock xcan one) between the M11 and xcan, must not push it hard into the xcan end. Will get a new signal cable later.

Modded a pair of HD6XX to 4.4 and plugged it into xcan with a ddhifi (2.5->4.4) adaptor, noticed the right side is noticeably louder than the left. Any idea what might be the problem? Tried plugging directly into the M11’s 4.4 with no issue. A bit of fiddling with M11’s channel balance can...

The stock cable is really good value, don't think anything on AliExpress can be a good match. I assume getting a new stock cable from Final is not an option for you?

Mainly use my E5000 on bus and subway, sound does leak from these due to design but these days most commuters also have their ears plugged, so don't suppose the sound leak is a great issue. E4000 on the other hand seems to be a bit better with isolation than its big brother though.

E5000 pairs well with a dedicated DAP but of course the more power the better as these are above average power hungry. If you are talking about E4000 they go well even with a phone.

Before I can get an amp, I will plug the HD6XX into the FiiO M11 which output are: 16~150Ω (3.5mm headphone output) 16~300Ω (2.5mm+4.4mm balanced output) Given HD6XX's nominal impedance is 300ohm, does this mean using the 3.5mm will be a no go at all?

No intention to start a war here :beyersmile: Have read a bit on the SE and balanced thing and opinion seems to be divided depending on where one looks. Technically seems to make little difference but aurally, the opinion is all over the place. Will have look up the Topping. Thank you.

how about the new B3 with two BAs? fast and clear are not really the strength of E5000 (don't get me wrong, i absolutely adore the E5000 for its timbre, well textured bass and sweet female vocal).

seems to be just size differences, of course, the larger size with the longer canal and larger tip may have some effect but trust these variations are not intended to alter the sound.

It happened with the stock cable and the Final 4.4 cable which I purchased separately from the local vendor. The problem is intermittent so not really a great issue. Has not happened once during the listening time over the past weekend.
