Probably will hang on to my A18t cause it's hard to sell CIEMs here and I just bought Code 51 for it anyway.

Tbh, I feel the same about the fit. I used to have a U18t before I converted it to the A18t, but I find that U18t's somehow smaller (or shallower?) shell is a nice fit for a UIEM. At that time, I also have a Trio, which shares the same case design as the Noir, and I always find that it sticks...

I'm going to say... it's Noir, but amplified. Everything I like about the Noir, the Thummim got it, but adds a bit more. Maybe it's the spherical soundstage thing that's being mentioned all the time? I don't know if it's placebo or whatever effect but that's how I feel about this 2 right now...

Doing this right now to my 1Z. Changed region to J and using the Jupiter Tier 2 fw. If it blows my mind, I will do the same thing to my DMP. Just curious @Whitigir, which fw is the best for the DMP according to you? Jupiter Tier 2 as well?

nvm. I assumed drivers are installed as soon as I plugged in the hip dac but it turns out I have to install it manually.

I have tried it multiple times before in the past, but not with TP. Fourtre sound signature is not for me though as I found it a bit too bright for my taste.
