If your computer have memory card reader then you can insert card directly into it and copy your files. If not then you can use adapter to USB and use that. MTP is always been slower than writing directly into card. There is something wrong with their servers indeed because their forum doesn't...

Sad to hear that. Thought to give it a try but I intended to also use it with my laptop as USB DAC not just a music player. This big latency is defenetely a no go for me :slight_frown:
