Hey, So when I’m using Bluetooth with my IPhone 7 and Mac Air, I get a obvious delay when using Netflix and YouTube.. to the point where it’s like I’m watching a poorly dubbed foreign movie. Is this normal or is there away I can change settings?

Ok so I was listening to few songs with and without 3D on. I got to say some song really come to life when I have 3D on!! For example “Tommy James & the Shondells - Crimson and Clover” It was like I was in the room with them.. sounds crazy. Can anyone recommend any songs they might think...

To be fair I couldn’t understand the firmware that well on the first attempt. First time I had to do it on any headphones. I’m hoping the official firmware is a lot more straightforward. Mine was all done on a PC. It’s a pain if people are struggling to get this sorted.

That sucks, I guess it’s general wear and tear but didn’t think it would happen that quick.

Are the headphones hanging on a stand?

I had to do a firmware update when using usb to PS4 pro because it wouldn’t let me adjust the volume at all, it was just stuck at a medium level. Did the firmware and now I can adjust the volume to the point my ears would bleed. So just wanted to make sure u did this.

So I use my Apple Air laptop and IPhone 7. On the iPhone it was YouTube app and safari. Air was safari. Both use the Bluetooth setting and there is a delay.

I kind of wish there was a way to test mine and another pair, just to make sure I’m not just going deaf.

Both headset and device are at max setting, So this is why I’m a little surprised.

Also testing the aux cable from headset to my iPhone/iMac it is way too low.. I would expect it to match my ear buds or my beats or any other headphones I put in there. Why aren’t they? If I do it through Bluetooth I get the level a lot higher but the lip sync wouldn’t be correct in videos...

Yeah my turtle beach was wireless so it had a tower, that had a optical cable from PS4 and then the aux was in my controller so I had the same option to change the volumes on voice chat and game. Just wondering if there is a work around... (I guess I could disown friends ;) ) otherwise I will...

Not a bad shout, only problem is the volume even at max using the aux cable is to way to low. This is the only reason I’m using a 3m usb cable from headphones to PS4 with the new firmware I was given from Audeze. (You don’t get the same max volumes using a aux and usb they are both different)

Wouldn’t mind so much but my party is louder than the actual game.. luckily they aren’t some screaming little child’s other wise my head would explode. Is this something Audeze could resolve with firmware or is it just a added bonus of the headphones blowing my brains out when I join a lobby...

Well I hope not... First time I have own a expensive pair of head phones for gaming so just want it to be perfect.. my other turtle beach had a separate dial for it. The Audeze does but it’s for only my voice which I can change in the PS4

Nope... just doesn’t give me the option. Only the the master volume that does both. I have add some pics

Hello, Just bought these beauties and really love them, but mainly using them on PS4 at the moment. My only gripe is that I cant adjust the mic volume of my group of friends... so they are too loud when speaking and when I up the volume on game play they get louder.. can’t see any settings on...
