It's en route! I'd be surprised if you didn't love the Pendant. I certainly did. I'd say half hour or so of tube warm up just to get them nice and warm and stabilized. Maybe an hour or so but nothing crazy. I would concur with the G73-R as well, though I wouldn't worry too much about black vs...

I'd also suggest 1950s Valvos. They're a bit on the warmer side, nice full sounding tubes and great soundstage. My favorite power tube for the Pendant

This would likely be a huge deal breaker for me. I listen to a lot of electronic music and if bass started to clip at low hz or loudish volumes, that would be a hard stop. I've read similar comments about the D8000 Pro bass as well, though the comments seem to be a bit sporadic

Sounds compelling. Though I am digging the bass on these things for sure! But would be nice to have another option in that respect. Might look into silver cables down the road as well.
