I have a question on these amps, only paired up with a set of 590's. I really like those phones but am thinking it wouldn't hurt to back off on the high end a little bit and have heard the tube amps would work well for these. Is that true? And if so what would be the best combination? Hope...

I've got about 100 hours on mine and don't pick up that thickness. I love the detail but I think that for these, 25 hours aren't nearly enough to get them sounding right. Waiting to see what the equinox cable I ordered will do for them.
