The end of the chain is the most important factor in all of these. Prevaricating and never being happy with source - to me - is just mental masturbation after a point. Spend the time and money on different IEMs and headphones, and be happy!

Can you try Apple Music and see if Atmos is able to be enabled and playback?

They have to get it certified for Atmos. It would be great if they did but I understand the economics of it.

Is there a way to get this to work with Android Auto? It wants me to enable SMS permissions and obviously the device doesn’t have that.

Just use the M11 Plus standalone for Apple Music. Why add an extra step? Apple Music doesn’t do DSD.

@tdx You don’t need to install Audeze HQ for 3D. You can use the headphone’s buttons to switch between modes when using USB-C

For Apple Music, download the APK from APK Pure and then update using google play. You’ll get the latest beta version which is more stable.

There’s the spatial sound, gyroscopic stuff and there’s “pure” Dolby Atmos. The former I can stream to AirPods XXX. I want the latter (tho I’d take both ;) )
