Hey, not sure if you've been able to get answers to this yet. The problem with is with 4-pole audio jacks, so you have to buy a splitter (splits the output and input channels). Learned this the hard way with my HyperX Clouds and my KZ ZS-3s. Not sure if it's the included adapter, or the audio...
