No, there is no change in the sound signature whatsoever. We put a lot of the work to make the sound stay the same. Kennerton had tried to experiment with hybrid headphones, however the results did not satisfy us. We do not have any plans regarding the hybrids for the near future.

Magisters are comparatively fast to break-in, about 20 hrs is enough. The difference between Kennerton Magister and Magister Lite was only in cables and in leather used (Lite had artificial leather). If it is an early one, it may not have a carrying bag with it. Everything else is the same.

There were no difference between Kennerton Magister Lites sold by Massdrop or directly from Kennerton. You wouldn't be able to tell (nor would we :)) - same components and materials used and same master crafted those.
