    Need to borrow y'all knowledge

I'm going to be mostly playing fortnite (I know). Which one will be the best for that? Hd598? Also can the ad700x offer an immersive experience at all or is it not possible at all?

Sadly the Premiums fall out of my price range. I can get the hd598se for 130 bucks and the ad700x for 100. The pros fall in my budget tho. Why do you prefer the premiums over the pros? I rejected them due to the fact that their bassy nature might reduce their positional accuracy.

    Help my poor soul

For the last week I've been stuck and just cannot make this decision. Ad700x vs Hd598. I change my mind probably once an hour. I finalise on one and then read one person saying that the other is the better one and I'm back to square one. My primary use is gaming and very little music and...

    Need to borrow y'all knowledge

Ohhhhh That makes a lot of sense. So for gaming I should look for accurate imaging right? Hd598 is the way to go I feel. You said if I was not going to get a headphone with a higher impedance in the future the syba sonic 24bit96khz is the best. If I do get some hard to drive headphones will the...

Wait doesn't soundstage give you imaging accuracy or am I just confusing them? Which one of the two, hd598 and ad700x, will help me in performing better in games?

What do you think is better? The positional accuracy of the ad700x or the sound of the hd598?

Ad700x and Creative Sound Blaster Omni

My original budget was $200 but that included the cans plus the dac/amp plus the mike. Since the headphones are way cheaper in us imma buy them from there at $100 so that leaves a $100 for a dac/amp plus attachable microphone combo. Can you suggest one? Also I've heard the modmic doesn't srick...

Ad700x and Creative Sound Blaster Omni

Now that the need for the omni has been dismissed. Do you think I should get an amp with the himedify? or get a different amp/dac combo all together

Ad700x and Creative Sound Blaster Omni

Can the ad700x on their own provide positional accuracy? Without any soundcard? Also how much improvement will I see with the hifimediy if I was going to run the ad700x on my 5 year old laptop sound card. On a side note what are your thoughts on ad700x vs hd598 on gaming?

    Need to borrow y'all knowledge

Is there a good around 50 dollar external sound card that can drive the dt990s and provide 7.1 (if that's needed) sound. I've heard the 900x is really bad at positional audio? Is it true? Also how important is bass for gaming immersion? Does the 700x have enough? I'm not exactly a bass head.

    Need to borrow y'all knowledge

My budget is 200 dollars with the soundcard (own a laptop) and the mic if possible. I don't really have much experience with a variety of sound signatures but my friend's sounded great. I don't listen to much other than games. YouTube maybe. My friend had the Hd 206 I think. Something in the...

Ad700x and Creative Sound Blaster Omni

Do you think this is a good combo? I'm going to be using this entirely for gaming (fortnite sadly). External sound card as I have a laptop. Going to be ordering from us as its cheaper. Do I need the 5.1 or can the ad700x perform without it? I'm open to suggestions

    Need to borrow y'all knowledge

Elo I'm kind of a newcomer to the entire audio space. Most of my headphones are earphones, stock earphones to be precise, that come with smartphones for free. The closest I've ever come to buying an over ear headphone is an on ear one my dad bought for his conference calls. Then last week my...
