My Kumitate labs Sirius. Grinder tattoo style. I love the grinded pattern on the aluminum plate. They also fill in the whole ciem so the whole thing is pretty solid.

Depending on where you live you might be able to get the Acoustune 1501 / 1551 based on what sound signature you like. I find them really good mid-tier dynamic IEMs. CIEMs usually cost a lot more than universals, and if you get them and don't like the sound then they are harder to sell off.
