I doubt I will be making any significant purchase audio wise in a really long time, so I don't think it would matter that much. I really wanted the Focal Clear's which are 55 OHM but I couldn't try them before buying them :/

I did try the 660S, I thought they were very nice. Personally found the 800S to feel a bit more "special" but I feel like it was because I was listening to led zep and jimi hendrix because that was the only music at the shop instead of my own music.

I hated planar's when I tried them :( If I got the HD800 I would get the lyr 3, if I got the Clear I would get the CTH from massdrop, I believe. Nobody near me sells either the 800 or the Clear, but they do sell the 800S~
