    Klipsch's NEW line of Reference X IEMs (X6i, XR8i, X12i, X20i)

I don't know about you but I got the X20i for 250 dollars. At that price? I don't see how it is not competitive. To be fair, the MSRP for the Klipsch X line was always WAY WAY too high. But the street prices on amazon and in stores was always pretty reasonable. IMHO.

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones

I have LCD2s coming in the mail for me. I will let you know how they compare to the m1060 though they may not get here until after the promotional sale is over. TBH though if you have the hd650 or 600 you're not really missing that much in the headphone world. They do a lot right.

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones

I tried out various pads and the paper towels and the fuzzor mod and nothing has really gotten rid of the ringing completely. I think inevitably I hear it though it can be toned down significantly to the point where I almost forget about it. I like the 6XX because there isn't any sharp edge to...

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones

As a first headphone or an early headphone yes. If you are experienced and know what you like and what you want then the m1060 is worth looking at. I complain about it but I do like my m1060s quite a bit.

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones

I like the m1060 overall but I think the ringing is pretty bad and I've heard it on multiple units even from people who swear it isn't there. I think it's most obvious to me when I compare it to my oppo pm-3. Even after the felt mod and velour pad changes (I did this mostly for comfort reasons...

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones

Dude honestly the m1060 is just ok. And occasionally you hear the ringing when certain high pitched sounds come about and its a little annoying. There are better uses of 300 dollars. That being said I think its better than the he400 series and its not ridiculously expensive being a planar and...

    Klipsch's NEW line of Reference X IEMs (X6i, XR8i, X12i, X20i)

For the future when that drop comes by again. YES. That is a good deal. Totally worth 70 bucks.

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones

With the m1060s if I got ZMF Eikon pads for them, would I just attach them with double sided tape or would I stretch them over the earcups? I ordered the m1060 as a christmas gift to myself and I'm going to see if I need to do the felt mod.
