The DT880 are appealing in terms of look,comfort , details etc , but i don't think i ever saw them being recommended for rock music which is what i listen to mostly

well , that is pretty expensive for such a small and light headphones. the ksc75 wordlwide shipping cost is around 10$ from america . and i've seen ebay sellers sell the Goldring Dr150 from the UK at 20-30$ shipping (and those are full size headphones) ...
