These headphones were recently serviced by Rosson due to a broken left driver, they were repaired, and in the meantime they also gave me a new headband (I had scuffed the headband while trying to clean them once, I did not request the replacement, they just did it which was very kind of them)...

Listening to my HE 5LE using the signal chain from my signature, feels like I am hearing them finally hit their full potential, there is a lower mid forwardness that gives them a warmth the HE6 lacks. Many non audiophile friends have told me they prefer them to my HE6 :)
